The MacArthur Boulevard Association held their Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 11, 7:30 a.m., at the Hy-Vee Market Grille.

Mayor Mike Houston presented the 2014 Believe in the Boulevard Awards:
- Wade Kammin from Wild Birds Unlimited for Outstanding Long-term MBA Member
- Michelle Tjemeland from Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation – District 23 for Outstanding Non-Profit of the Year
- South Side Christian Church for Outstanding Volunteer Organization
- Hy-Vee MacArthur Boulevard for Outstanding Property Improvement
